It’s been five years since the first Esqueleto Explosivo slot has been released by Thunderkick. And in many ways, this sequel very much reminds us of the first slot. it looks virtually the same. At least, at first glance.

Exploding wilds and avalanche wins
In the base game, not much has changed. We get the tumbling skulls instead of spinning reels and avalanche wins on every winning spin. All skulls that are part of the win tumble down and make room for new skulls coming from above.
Additionally, the glowing wild explodes wherever it lands on the reels, taking 3 to 8 surrounding skulls with it and paying out the wins. Only the scatter and the high value symbol won’t explode.

What’s truly new in this game is the addition of a free spin feature. We didn’t get that in the original and it’s the reason this slot is better than the prequel.

Now, we get one more multiplier: 64x. And we get to eliminate the starting multiplier by collecting wild symbols. It takes three wilds to eliminate the 1x multiplier. Verdict: It may take a while to get going but when it does, it explodes
